At Seus Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination experience. If your fixture isn't a perfect fit for your space, you can return or exchange eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item in its original packaging to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the lighting fixture in its original box with all internal protective padding, hardware, and instruction manuals included.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at the designated carrier location, ensuring the tracking number is recorded.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our technicians verify the item is in resalable condition, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
