Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days depending on your location and the specific lighting fixture selected.
Do your lighting fixtures come with a warranty?
Yes, all Seus Lighting products come with a comprehensive 2-year warranty that covers manufacturing defects and electrical components to ensure your peace of mind.
What is your return policy if I am not satisfied?
We offer a 30-day return policy. If the fixture doesn't fit your space, you can return it in its original packaging for a refund. Please note that custom-made orders are final sale.
Are your products compatible with dimmer switches?
The majority of our chandeliers and pendants are dimmable, provided you use dimmable LED bulbs and a compatible wall dimmer switch. Check individual product specifications for details.
Do you provide professional installation services?
While we do not provide direct installation, all fixtures include detailed mounting hardware and instructions. We strongly recommend hiring a licensed electrician for all hardwired installations.
Are the bulbs included with my purchase?
To allow you to choose your preferred color temperature, most of our fixtures do not include bulbs unless specifically stated in the 'What's Included' section of the product page.
